This elegant and old world inspired Rhone Blend, displays balanced, soft and integrated tannins. The Shiraz and Mourvedre add noble spice and fruit to the wine. With hints of nutmeg and salty black olive. The Grenache adds earthy notes, with candied fruits, hints of raspberry and cinnamon. This combined with a well-integrated acidity and a silky smooth finish, gives the wine a well-rounded character from nose to palate. This wine is perfectly paired with full flavoured Mediterranean dishes, duck as well as grilled lamb and vegetables.
