On the nose the wine displays, citrus and peach, quite a bit of vanilla and plenty of leesy character. The Chenin Blanc provides a great structure and backbone while the Viognier entices with its floral notes and mouth coating texture. This wine is enjoyed with fresh seafood, rich mussel dishes and duck.
